We want you to love your order. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping

• Ireland: Tracked delivery €6.50, or free on orders of 3 or more items. Arrives in 3 to 5 working days.
• Northern Ireland: Tracked delivery €6.50, or free on orders of 5 or more items. Your local-currency amount is shown at checkout.
• Great Britain & Europe (excluding Ireland): Tracked delivery €13.50. Arrives in 5 to 10 working days.
• United Arab Emirates: Tracked delivery AED 35, or free on orders of 3 or more items. Ships from our Dubai warehouse.
• Rest of world: we ship to selected countries. Contact us for a quote.
• Orders to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and Europe are dispatched from Ireland within 1 to 2 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Changing your mind

• You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and another 14 days to post the socks back.
• We refund within 14 days of your return reaching us, or of you sending us proof of postage, whichever comes first. Your refund includes the original standard delivery charge you paid.
• Socks must come back in a resaleable condition. Open and inspect them as you would in a shop, but socks returned worn or washed may get a reduced refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to return

1. Email us at hannah@pilatesandcream.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you a return address and instructions.
3. Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

Postage for sending your return back to us is your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Wrong Items

This is separate from changing your mind, and it is not limited to the 14 days above. If something arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or does not last as long as it reasonably should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us at hannah@pilatesandcream.com with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
