Shipping
- Ireland: Standard delivery 3–5 working days. FREE on orders over €[X].
- UK & Europe: Standard delivery 5–10 working days. Tracked shipping available.
- International: We ship worldwide — contact us for a quote.
- All orders are dispatched from Ireland within 1–2 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged once tried on or worn. We do accept returns on unopened, unworn socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to return:
- Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return address and instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund or exchange within 5 working days.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If something arrived wrong or damaged, we'll sort it immediately. Email us at [your email] with a photo and your order number and we'll get it fixed.
