What size are the grip socks?
All our socks are one size fits most, designed to fit EU 36–41 / UK 3–8 / US 5.5–9.5. The rib arch support gives a snug fit that works across this range. If you're on the larger end or have a wider foot, they'll still fit — they're designed to stretch comfortably.
Are Pilates & Cream socks suitable for reformer Pilates?
Absolutely — that's exactly what they were designed for. Our custom non-slip grip sole is engineered for reformer footbars, mat work, barre, and yoga. They perform just as well as studio-issued grip socks, but with a lot more personality.
What makes these different from regular grip socks?
Most grip socks are functional but forgettable. Ours are designed by an Irish fashion designer who is also a Pilates instructor — so they're built to perform and designed to be worn. Named after icons, made for people who care about both how they move and how they look.
What are the socks made from?
77% cotton, 20% polyester, 3% elastane. The half terry knit construction gives cushioned comfort with every step. The grip sole is custom-patterned for traction and stability.
How do I care for my grip socks?
Machine wash gentle at 30°C, inside out. Lay flat or hang to dry — don't tumble dry as this can affect the grip over time. Don't iron the sole. Treat them well and they'll last through hundreds of classes.
Do you offer socks for men?

Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe, and internationally. Check our Shipping & Returns page for current delivery times and costs.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged once tried on or worn. We accept returns on unopened, unworn socks in original packaging within 30 days. If your item arrived faulty, email us with your order number and a photo. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
Are the socks available in different sizes?
Currently our grip socks are one size fits most. If you have questions about specific fit, contact us before ordering.
