Ambassador Terms

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Pilates & Cream Ambassador Program ("you"). By applying to, or accepting an invitation to, the program, you agree to them.

1. Welcome gift

When you're approved, we'll send you one free pair of Pilates & Cream grip socks of your choice so you can start creating content. The gift is yours to keep.

2. Content

  • You'll create 3 videos a month featuring you using or wearing Pilates & Cream products.
  • You'll send us the videos (or share them with us) so we can use them. You don't have to post them on your own social media.
  • Content must be your own original work, must not include music, people or material you don't have permission to use, and must be suitable for a lifestyle and wellness brand.

3. Usage rights

You keep ownership of your content. By sending or sharing it with us, you give Pilates & Cream permission to use, edit, crop and share it, free of charge and worldwide, on our website, social media channels, emails and in paid advertising, crediting you where reasonably possible. This permission continues after you leave the program for any content already in use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your discount code and commission

  • You'll get your own discount code and affiliate link, giving your community 10% off.
  • You'll earn 10% commission on sales made with your code or link.
  • Commission is tracked and paid through Shopify Collabs. It's held for a short period to allow for returns and cancellations, and commission on refunded or cancelled orders is removed.
  • To be paid, you need to activate auto-payouts in your Collabs account (Settings > Payouts). Shopify's payout schedule, minimum payout amount and fees apply.

5. Being transparent

When you post about Pilates & Cream on your own channels, please make it clear that you're a brand ambassador (for example with #ad or #gifted), in line with advertising rules where you live.

6. Leaving the program

You can leave at any time by letting us know. We may also end your membership, for example if content requirements aren't met or if content or behaviour doesn't fit our brand. Commission already earned on eligible orders will still be paid.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let ambassadors know about any important changes.
