Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you love your Pilates & Cream socks, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been opened or tried on, in line with EU regulations.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your name, order number, and a quick note. We’ll do our best to make it right.

We stand by our quality, and we’re happy to replace any faulty products - just note this doesn’t include regular wear and tear.
